Converts a 2 wire LED Strip into a 3 wire for a Parking (Running) and Brake/Turn. Essentially, It dims the LED Strip when the ignition is on by supplying power to the Parking Light Wire. When the Brake or Turn is applied, It over rides the Parking Light wire and sends power to the Brake Light Wire making the LED Strip illuminate at Full Brightness.
The ground wire on your LED Strips will go direct to the ground wire on your stock tail light wiring harness. This only gets wired inline with the Positive side.
